Treating these conditions at home can be frustrating because topical treatments often cannot penetrate the thickened nail surface. This is where professional care becomes crucial. With my specialized training, I can thin out the top layer of the nail using precise tools, allowing the medication to effectively target the fungus or address the thickening.
